Who I Help

I specialize in helping women. Pelvic health issues can create significant physical & emotional challenges. While they are common, they should not be accepted as something we have to live with. If you have any of the following concerns, I can help you overcome them.

A woman in a purple top and black leggings is doing a cable pull exercise in a gym, assisted by a trainer kneeling behind her. The woman appears to be smiling and exerting effort. The gym has black flooring with green turf, equipment, and an exit door in the background.
  • Bladder leakage or retention

  • Constipation

  • Birth injuries (perineal tears, cesareans, pelvic pain, or diastasis recti)

  • Pregnancy concerns (low back pain, SI joint, or pubic symphysis pain)

  • Prolapse

  • Sexual dysfunction or pain

  • Preparing your body for pregnancy, labor, and delivery

  • Return to activity postpartum

  • Hip, low back, or TMJ dysfunction that hasn’t responded to traditional physical therapy (yes, your jaw and your pelvic floor are connected!)

A woman with pink-colored hair, wearing a black zip-up jacket, is performing a medical procedure on a patient who is lying face down on an examination table. The woman is wearing purple gloves and appears to be inserting a needle or similar device into the patient's back. The room is well-lit with a window covered by curtains, a lamp, and medical supplies on a counter in the background.

Not struggling with pain, leakage, or other current concerns? I can help you keep it that way as you move through your journey from pre-conception through motherhood. Prevention is key to living well and I offer wellness services to keep you going strong.
