I offer 60 or 90 minute evaluations and 60 minute follow up sessions. I strongly believe in longer appointment times so that we are not rushed and I can provide thorough evaluation and treatment.

I am based in Concord and will travel within a 30 minute radius of my clinic. If you are beyond a 30 minute drive, there is a travel fee. If you aren’t sure if I’ll come to you, just ask!

After scheduling your first appointment, you will have the opportunity to complete initial intake paperwork. This will include a health and history questionnaire which will give you an opportunity to share your story with me. This allows me to tailor your initial evaluation to address the problems that are important to you.
When I arrive for your visit, we will discuss in detail your history, current difficulties, and goals for treatment.
After this, I perform a comprehensive examination, which includes a movement and postural analysis, as well as more specific examination techniques based on your individual case.
From here, I recommend a treatment program and make appropriate referrals if necessary to help you move forward in your journey.

The State of New Hampshire has direct access for physical therapy services. This means that you do not require a physician referral. However, if you have a referral or any medical documents that are pertinent to your care, I would be happy to see them! I am also happy to communicate with the other providers on your team.

No, you don’t need to wait until after childbirth to benefit from pelvic therapy! At Integrated PT & Wellness, I help women during all stages of pregnancy and beyond. Whether you’re trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or postpartum, pelvic floor therapy can be incredibly beneficial.
During pregnancy, pelvic floor therapy can help you prepare your body for labor, address discomfort, and ensure your pelvic floor is functioning optimally. Addressing any pelvic issues beforehand can also lead to a smoother postpartum recovery.

I understand the importance of privacy and comfort when addressing pelvic health concerns. My room is a cozy private space above BAM Fitness, where I have the ability to treat behind closed doors.
While we do have access to the gym downstairs for any exercises that might require specialized equipment, it is not required to be within that shared space.

Pelvic rehab is much more complex than just Kegels! The pelvic floor is part of a whole-body system that needs to be assessed and addressed. Prior to having pelvic floor symptoms, how often did you have to consciously squeeze your pelvic floor? Probably never! Most of the time they aren’t all that helpful, and sometimes they make things worse.
